By accessing and using Ikonix ("the Service"), operated by FPE FND IV LTD (Company No. 17100637, registered in England & Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Ikonix provides access to a library of icons, illustrations, 3D assets, and Lottie animations powered by IconScout. The Service includes:

  • Browsing and searching icons and digital assets
  • Downloading assets in various formats
  • AI-powered icon customization
  • Credit-based usage system

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate account information

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit system for downloads and AI customization. Credits:

  • Are non-refundable once purchased
  • Do not expire
  • Cannot be transferred between accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Icons and assets are provided under their respective licenses. Free assets may be used for personal and commercial projects with attribution where required. Always check the specific license for each asset.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Redistribute or resell assets as-is
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
