1. Overview

This License Agreement governs your use of digital assets (icons, illustrations, 3D assets, and animations) available on Ikonix, operated by FPE FND IV LTD (Company No. 17100637). By downloading or using any asset from the platform, you agree to the terms below.

2. Grant of License

Upon download, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the asset in personal and commercial projects. This includes:

  • Websites and web applications
  • Mobile applications
  • Desktop software
  • Marketing materials, presentations, and social media
  • Printed materials and merchandise (with limitations below)

3. AI-Customised Assets

Assets customised through our AI studio are subject to the same license terms as standard downloads. The AI-generated modifications do not alter the underlying license. You may use AI-customised assets in the same contexts as original assets.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sub-license assets as standalone files or in asset packs
  • Use assets in a way that competes with Ikonix (e.g. creating a competing icon library)
  • Claim authorship or copyright over the original assets
  • Use assets in connection with illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
  • Use assets as trademarks, service marks, or logos without significant modification

5. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required for standard use. If you use assets in open-source projects or educational materials, a link back to Ikonix is encouraged.

6. Ownership

All assets remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and/or FPE FND IV LTD. This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

7. Termination

This license is valid for as long as you comply with these terms. If you violate any provision, the license is automatically revoked, and you must cease using and delete all downloaded assets.
